Welcome to the apartment. This is collection of useful tips and tricks while you stay at the apartment.

Locking door

In order to lock the door, you need to lift the handle up as illustrated at the following photo:

After lifting the handle up, you can turn the key and lock the door.

Trash

Trash is taken on tuesday and friday early in the morning. It is best that you leave the trashcan outside of the yard on monday and thursday evening, so it can be picked up by local utility company. You can return the trashcan inside the yard after it’s being emptied.

Trash schedule:

• Tuesday, early in the morning
• Friday, early in the morning

Grill

You’re free to use grill in the yard as long as you cleanup after the use since grill is shared with other apartment.

By default, you can use gas grill and cleanup the surface afterwards. If you want to use wooden grill, you are free to do so. Do note that it can be really dirty after usage of wooden grill and you should plan to cleanup afterwards, so it can be clean for guests in other apartment.

Washing machine

You’re welcome to use washing machine in the bathroom.

Books

You are free to borrow the book from the hanging closet located near the living room.
